Novamont North America proudly supports the UCONN Master Composter Program

The University of Connecticut (UCONN) Home & Garden Education Center is an important horticultural information and educational resource for the Northeastern USA and beyond.

Their Master Composter Program is held each fall for Connecticut state residents.  The program consists of instruction on all aspects of backyard composting and enables the participants to share their composting skills and knowledge with the public.  To obtain a certificate, participants must complete the course and contribute to at least two outreach activities.

Novamont NA proudly supports the Master Composter program as an outstanding way of educating the public about the many benefits of composting and encouraging them to share their knowledge with others.  Dan Martens (Vice President Novamont, North America) is a qualified UCONN Master Composter himself.
The center’s website can be found at www.ladybug.uconn.edu and more information about the Master Composter Program at http://www.ladybug.uconn.edu/WhoCompost.php
